DEFECTS/WRONG ITEM RECEIVED: Please contact us within >14 days< of receiving your order if there is a defect from the manufacturer or a wrong item was received to discuss replacement.
INVENTORY ERROR: We strive to have our inventory accurate, however there can be instances of an inventory error on our system. In the rare event of an inventory error where we are out of stock what was ordered, we will issue a refund. An email notification will be sent of the refund (may need to check spam folder).
