RETURNS: E-Gift Card for credit is available on unworn clothing*. SALES ARE FINAL on accessories, bath bombs, worn clothing, and sale/clearance items.
*If you need to RETURN an unworn clothing item, please notify us within 14 days of your receiving order. We will give you the returning address to ship your item(s) back to. Please have items back to us within 14 days of receiving your shipment to ensure proper credit to an e-gift card. After unworn items have been received by us and inspected, a E-GIFT CARD will be issued to your email address on file for the product amount**. Exchanges will not be available as inventory changes often.
DEFECTS/WRONG ITEM RECEIVED: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if there is a defect from the manufacturer or a wrong item was received to discuss replacement.
INVENTORY ERROR: We strive to have our inventory accurate, however there can be instances of an inventory error on our system. In the rare event of an inventory error where we are out of stock what was ordered, we will issue a refund including the shipping paid so you can order something else. An email notification will be sent of the refund (may need to check spam folder).
